Check-In / Check-Out Times

Check-in time is 4:00 PM (or after) on your scheduled check-on date.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM on your scheduled check-out date.

Reservations

  1. Credit card or PayPal paying customers: A $100.00 deposit is required at the time of booking.  Your balance can also be charged to your credit card 10 to 15 days before your scheduled arrival date.  Just call us at 1-888-445-4955.

  2. If you are paying by check: The same rule above applies, except your check for the balance must clear before keys are mailed out.   Checks must be made payable to: Smith Rentals.  Our mailing address is Smith Rentals, P. O. Box 1242, Dalton, GA 30722.   

  3. Any reservations made within 15 days of arrival must pay 100%. You will receive your "Keys and Directions" promptly.

  4. Customers will have to secure your stay with a valid credit card or PayPal if reservations are made within 15 days of your scheduled arrival date. 

Laundry / Linens - Each bathroom will have approximately10 towels and 10 washcloths. The kitchen will have 8 dish washing cloths and 8 dish drying towels. All towels will need to be washed and dried and returned to each bath before you leave. Again, if you prefer not to have to wash the towels, you may bring your own.

We do not provide daily maid service. If you need clean linens, laundry facilities are provided. Although you are not required to clean the unit before leaving we do ask that you wash any dirty bath towels, kitchen towels, and/or washcloths (not the bed sheets). Or, if you prefer not to have to wash them, you may bring your own.

Laundry facilities are located on the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th floors. The cost is $1.50 to wash 

and $1.50 to dry. 

 

 

Pets  - No pets of any kind.   We love pets too, but they are not allowed in our unit or anywhere on the property at Harbour Beach Resort.

Pool Key - The pool is secured for the your safety, however, a key is needed in order to enter the pool area. If you lose the Pool Key, it costs $20 to replace. You will find the pool key in the night stand beside the queen bed in the Living/Bedroom area. PLEASE help me keep up with the Pool Key!!

Refund and Cancellation Policy - If you book our unit and cancel prior to paying your full balance, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit.   Cancellations made after receiving full payment will receive a credit towards another stay up to one year of cancellation date.

Responsibility  -  Our unit is cleaned and inventoried before and after each stay and you will be held legally responsible for any breakage, excessive cleaning, (ex. stains or burns, soiled bedspreads, etc) or damage of any kind to our unit.

IMPORTANT! - Our unit is not affiliated with any on-site rental program.  Please do NOT direct any question you may have to them.  Call us at 1-888-445-4955 or contact Karen Soloman, Property Manager, at 386-761-5733 ext. 23.  An emergency answering service is provided by Atlantic Shore Management for emergencies after hours.

Condo Capacity  - The maximum capacity is six.

Smoking - Although I certainly respect your right to smoke, I ask that you not smoke inside the condo.  You may smoke on the balcony or outside in the hallway.

No Party Guests Allowed - You must be 21 years of age to reserve our unit.  No minor group or party groups will be allowed.  Should a group gather within the condo or misrepresent themselves, all persons will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund of any kind.
